I am a couple’s and relational/trauma therapist. I help adolescents and adult individuals and couples overcome relational challenges, trauma, and learned behaviors in order to foster healthy, secure, and fulfilling relationships. My niche areas include couples therapy with focuses on improving communication, past infidelity, and intimacy; and individual therapy with focuses on narcissistic abuse recovery, childhood and relational trauma, and attachment difficulties (break-ups, relationship issues) Although I do not accept insurance at this time, I partner with a free program called Move to Heal to provide two (2) no-cost sessions per month to participants, please visit https://www.movetohealct.org/services#Counseling
